I work with people who are ready to understand the deeper roots of their anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Often, these challenges are tied to emotions and beliefs formed early in life; reactions that once made sense but now cause stress, confusion, or disconnection.
In therapy, we explore how those early patterns still shape your present. The fear that once kept you safe might now drive anxiety. A habit of shutting down may have protected you in the past, but now leaves you feeling isolated. These responses follow a kind of emotional logic. Once you understand that logic, you can begin to shift it.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years raising my family. Once my kids were grown, I went back to school to follow a long-time interest in how people grow and heal. That path taught me that it’s never too late to change and that meaningful growth can happen at any stage of life.
My style is steady, practical, and grounded in compassion. If you’re ready to look at what’s been running in the background and create new ways of responding, I’d be glad to work with you.
